What You'll Actually Do
🎯 Talent Hunting - Source, screen & shortlist candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala
📞 First Impressions - Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews
📋 Onboarding Magic - Help new joiners feel at home from Day 1 - documentation, orientation, buddy programs
📊 HR Operations - Maintain employee records, attendance tracking, leave management
🎉 Culture Building - Assist in planning team activities, engagement initiatives & internal events
📝 Policy Support - Help draft HR policies, offer letters, and internal communications
🔍 Research - Stay on top of hiring trends, salary benchmarks & HR best practices
You're Our Person If You…
Are pursuing or have completed a degree in HR, BBA, MBA, Psychology or any related field
Love talking to people and have a natural ability to make them feel comfortable
Are organized, detail-oriented and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
Know your way around MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic HR tools
Can keep confidential information - well, confidential 🤐
Are hungry to learn, grow, and take ownership - not just wait for instructions
Have a "figure it out" attitude - because startups move fast and we need someone who moves faster
Brownie Points If You Have…
Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment
Familiarity with ATS tools or job portals
Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws
