We are looking for passionate, energetic, and socially committed HR Interns who want to contribute towards inclusive employment and social impact.
The intern will support outreach, recruitment coordination, employer engagement, and candidate sourcing for Divyang job seekers under SAMVEDNA’s HOPE Campaign.
This role is ideal for students or freshers interested in:

Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate & Company Outreach
- Connect with HR departments, companies, startups, and corporates.
- Introduce SAMVEDNA’s HOPE Campaign and inclusive hiring initiatives.
- Promote Diversity, Inclusion & Equal Opportunity employment.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with employers.
- Build and maintain employer relationship databases.
2. Divyang Candidate Mobilisation
- Reach out to Divyang/PWD candidates for job opportunities.
- Assist candidates in registration and profile creation.
- Conduct basic screening and candidate coordination.
- Support interview scheduling and recruitment communication.
- Encourage confidence, participation, and career readiness.
3. NGO & Community Partnership Development
- Coordinate with NGOs, Trusts, Institutions, and Disability Organizations.
- Source potential candidates through community networks.
- Build partnerships for long-term recruitment collaboration.
- Support awareness campaigns and outreach activities.
4. Recruitment & HR Support
- Maintain candidate and employer records.
- Assist in recruitment drives and virtual job fairs.
- Prepare reports, outreach updates, and communication documents.
- Support social media and campaign coordination when required.
Desired Skills & Qualities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for social impact and inclusion
- Basic knowledge of HR or recruitment processes
- Comfortable with calling, emailing, and stakeholder coordination
- Positive attitude and empathy-driven approach
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and online communication tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Candidates
- MBA HR / BBA / MSW / Psychology / HR students
- Freshers passionate about social impact
- Candidates interested in Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
