Role Description
The Human Resources Intern at Renvora will support HR operations and initiatives with a focus on employee engagement and management. Key responsibilities include assisting with HR management, helping implement and update HR policies, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating employee benefits programs. The role will also involve contributing to HR projects that promote a positive company culture and efficient processes. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurgaon.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowledge and understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
- Skills in Personnel Management and maintaining accurate employee records
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software tools is a plus
- A positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
