Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Karol Bagh. The intern will assist in various HR functions, including recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating onboarding processes. Responsibilities will also include maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with HR professionals on projects to ensure a positive workplace environment. Additional responsibilities may involve administrative tasks to support the HR department.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate interactions and team collaboration
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Proficiency in using basic HR tools and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry skills
  • Enthusiastic about learning HR processes and gaining hands-on experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (pursuing or completed)
