Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Human Resource Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes and exposure to working with hiring managers and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal and client hiring needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Create and update job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
Good written and verbal communication skills
