Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist with tasks such as developing and updating HR policies, managing employee benefits, supporting personnel management efforts, and contributing to HR management activities. They will also participate in creating and implementing initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and practices
- Basic understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and other HR-related software tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
