🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in end-to-end recruitment — from job postings and resume screening to interview
coordination
✅ Support smooth onboarding and documentation processes
✅ Maintain and update employee and intern records with accuracy
✅ Draft job descriptions and professional HR communications
✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams for daily HR operations
✅ Contribute to HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned
🎯 Skills & Requirements:
🔹 Basic understanding of — or a strong curiosity toward — Human Resources
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Strong organizational and time-management abilities
🔹 A proactive, responsible, and learning-first mindset
🔹 Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
