🧾 About the Role
Redient Security is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. This internship is designed to help interns build strong foundational HR skills while working in a professional and supportive environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and documentation activities
- Maintain and update employee and intern records
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and HR communications
- Coordinate with team members for daily HR operations
- Support HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned
🎯 Skills & Requirements
- Basic understanding or strong interest in Human Resources
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
