๐งพ About the Role
Redient Security is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. This internship is designed to help interns build strong foundational HR skills while working in a professional and supportive environment.
๐ Key Responsibilities
* Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination
* Support onboarding and documentation activities
* Maintain and update employee and intern records
* Assist in drafting job descriptions and HR communications
* Coordinate with team members for daily HR operations
* Support HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned

* Basic understanding or strong interest in Human Resources
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Willingness to learn and take responsibility
* Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
