Role Description
This is a full-time remote Human Resources Intern role at Redient Security. The intern will support various HR activities, including maintaining HR policies, assisting in HR management, coordinating employee benefits, and managing personnel records. Responsibilities also include participating in recruitment processes, supporting onboarding activities, and contributing to the creation and implementation of HR strategies to promote an inclusive and thriving workplace.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and experience with HR Management
- Understanding of HR Policies and their implementation
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in standard office tools and HR-related software is a plus
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
