Role: Redient Security is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and driven HR Interns who are eager to learn and gain real, hands-on exposure to Human Resources and recruitment in a professional work environment. This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in HR while working with a supportive and growth-oriented team.
🔍 What You’ll Work On
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, resume screening, interview coordination)
• Support onboarding activities and HR documentation
• Maintain and update employee and intern records
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and HR communications
• Coordinate with team members for daily HR operations
• Support ongoing HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
• Students or fresh graduates with an interest in Human Resources
• Basic understanding of HR concepts or a strong willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Willingness to take ownership and responsibility
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
