Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in screening resumes and short-listing candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Communicate with applicants regarding job updates and interview details.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
- Support on boarding and documentation processes for new hires.
- Assist in posting job openings on different job portals.
- Coordinate with different teams regarding hiring requirements.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Eligibility:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA / BBA / BA / BCom / Any graduate or postgraduate students.
- Fresher’s, students, Career break Women who want to start their career are encouraged to apply.
