Role Summary
The HR Intern will support day-to-day hiring operations and help streamline recruitment workflows. This role
offers hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, documentation, and HR operational
activities. The ideal intern is proactive, organised, and eager to build a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Support in extending offers to shortlisted candidates and maintaining candidate communication.
• Draft job descriptions, mailers, and other HR communication as required.
• Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR operations and daily TA-related activities.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR functions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of hiring processes and HR documentation.
• Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Integrity in handling sensitive or confidential data.

• Accurate maintenance of HR databases and hiring trackers.
