Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Bangalore/Hybrid
Duration: 1 Month
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Intern who is passionate about the HR function and takes a genuine interest in supporting initiatives that help build a positive and inclusive work culture. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR processes and people operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Call and follow up with shortlisted candidates
- Prepare and share offer letters
- Act as a point of contact for minor HR-related queries
- Support day-to-day HR operations
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
- Provide support across other operational tasks as required
Who Can Apply
- Fresh graduates or final-year students
- Candidates available for a 1-month internship
- Those who can commit 7 hours daily, preferably between 10 AM and 5 PM
- Candidates based in Bangalore
- Individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career in HR and contributing to a positive work culture
- Previous internship experience in HR or an equivalent people management role is a plus
Stipend
- Stipend details will be communicated to shortlisted candidates.
