Human Resources Intern | Hyderabad
Pursuit Future Technologies is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This internship is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or MBA HR students who want hands-on experience and a long-term career in HR.
📍 Work Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
⏳ Internship Duration: 6 Months (PPO offered)
💰 Stipend: ₹10,000 - 12,000 per month(1-3 months)
15,000 - 20,000 per month (4-6 months)
💼 Post-Internship Opportunity: Full-time role with ₹3–4 LPA based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
Maintain HR records and documentation
Assist in HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance tasks
Support performance management and training initiatives
Handle day-to-day HR administrative activities
Eligibility Criteria:
B Tech /MBA/PGDM (HR) students or recent graduates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Immediate joiners preferred
