Key Responsibilities
• Assist in posting job openings and shortlisting candidates.
• Help schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and welcoming new
employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all data is up to date.
• Assist in payroll preparation and verify attendance details.
• Help organize small office events and team activities.
• Support HR team in creating and updating job descriptions.
• Address basic employee queries and forward them to the HR Manager when needed.
• Assist in planning and maintaining the HR calendar for events and activities.
• Help in tracking employee incentives and preparing related reports.
