Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our People & Operations team. This is a hands-on role where you'll get exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition to community engagement in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews
- Help manage and update HR databases, records, and documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for interns and team members
- Draft job descriptions, offer letters, and internal communications
- Coordinate with various teams to support employee engagement initiatives
- Respond to queries from applicants and community members in a timely manner
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or similar
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment
- Genuine interest in people, communities, and the product ecosystem
Good to Have
- Prior internship or project experience in HR or operations
- Familiarity with ATS tools or LinkedIn Recruiter
