Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Bangalore Urban. The HR Intern will assist in various HR-related tasks, including implementing HR policies, managing personnel records, supporting employee benefits programs, and providing administrative support to the HR team. The intern will also contribute to HR management projects and learn about workplace operations while gaining valuable experience in the field of human resources.

- Experience in employer branding and creating a strong company image
- Interviewing and Recruiting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in hiring for business development or Sales roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
