Role: HR Intern

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth management of employee information and internal processes. This role will involve working closely with the HR team to maintain accurate records, assist in preparing reports, and contribute to the efficiency of HR workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in maintaining and updating employee records and databases
- Assist in organizing and managing employee documentation and files
- Help in preparing regular HR reports and trackers
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across HR systems and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update required information
Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, sorting, filters, basic formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy while working with data
- Good organisational and documentation management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Good to Have / Preferred
- Basic knowledge of HR.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, advanced Excel functions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
