Roles & Responsibilities – HR Intern
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities — from sourcing candidates to interview coordination and follow-ups
• Screen resumes and identify potential candidates aligned with role requirements
• Connect with candidates through LinkedIn and job portals to build strong talent pipelines
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist in onboarding activities to help new hires settle comfortably into the organization
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role expectations and hiring priorities
• Contribute creative ideas to improve employer branding and hiring campaigns
• Assist in creating job descriptions, internship campaigns, and campus hiring drives
• Help organize employee engagement activities, team events, and internal initiatives
• Support HR operations including documentation, attendance coordination, and HR records management
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve hiring processes and candidate outreach strategies
• Help build Pixster Studio’s employer presence on LinkedIn and other hiring platforms
• Learn and support HR analytics and hiring performance tracking
• Act as a bridge between candidates and internal teams to ensure seamless communication
