Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive HR Intern to join our Human Resources team.
This internship is designed for candidates who are keen to build a career in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Coordination, and Workplace Engagement. The selected intern will work closely with the HR team and internal stakeholders, gaining hands-on exposure to recruitment processes, onboarding formalities, employee documentation, HR coordination, and engagement initiatives.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support
· Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, resume sourcing, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
· Source candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, references, college placement cells, and other recruitment channels.
· Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication skills, role suitability, availability, and overall fitment.
· Coordinate technical and final interview rounds with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
· Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
HR Operations & Documentation
· Support onboarding activities including document collection, joining formalities, employee record creation, and coordination with internal teams.
· Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, employee records, HR reports, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
· Assist in attendance coordination, employee follow-ups, and day-to-day HR operational activities.
· Support the HR team in preparing HR letters, offer letters, internship letters, certificates, and other employee-related documentation.
Employee Coordination & Engagement
· Assist in handling employee queries and basic HR-related concerns in a professional and timely manner.
· Coordinate with employees and departments for HR-related requirements, updates, and follow-ups.
· Support employee engagement initiatives such as Fun Saturdays, team activities, celebrations, and workplace engagement programs.
· Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Administrative & Project Support
· Provide coordination and administrative support for ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
· Assist in organizing HR data, reports, and internal communication.
· Support the HR team in improving process efficiency and maintaining proper records.
Eligibility & Requirements
· MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
· Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
· Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
· Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
