Role Description (6 months internship program)
This Human Resources Intern role is on-site and based in Bengaluru North. The intern will assist with HR activities, including supporting HR management processes, implementing policies, handling personnel records, organizing employee benefits, and providing administrative support for various HR functions. The role offers hands-on experience and exposure to core HR operations in a dynamic working environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including onboarding, recruitment, and HR operations
- Understanding of HR Management concepts and the ability to assist in implementing HR strategies
- Familiarity with HR Policies and best practices in compliance
- Awareness of Employee Benefits and the ability to support benefit administration tasks
- Strong skills in Personnel Management, including employee engagement and record management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
