Job Description – HR Intern
Location: Mumbai
Stipend: 10K

Duration: 3 Months
About the Role
Pinkvilla is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HR team with daily operations, hiring activities, and employee coordination. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and people management within a fast-paced digital media organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates for junior and intern-level positions across departments.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and job postings.
HR Operations
- Support onboarding activities, including documentation collection, orientation scheduling, and coordination with internal teams.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
- Help with day-to-day HR tasks such as preparing letters, updating trackers, and managing HR documentation.
Employee Engagement & Admin Support
- Assist with employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
- Support general HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
