This internship offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing B2C product company and understand real-world customer experience operations in the travel industry.
Internship Overview
As an HR Intern, you will support the recruitment, administrative, and employee engagement functions. You will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, coordination, stakeholder management, and HR operations in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination and candidate management
- Support scheduling and organizing walk-in interviews
- Screen profiles and maintain candidate databases and trackers
- Coordinate with internal teams for hiring and operational requirements
- Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
- Support admin and IT coordination for asset tracking and allocation
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Internship Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficient in MS Office & Excel and HR management software
Intenship Duration
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Work location: Madurai
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: All Sundays
- Monthly Leave: One paid leave per month (excluding Sundays)
- Other leave permitted only during exam or viva periods
- Stipend: Rs 8000
