Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, based in New Delhi. The intern will assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting in various HR-related activities. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in diverse facets of Human Resources management.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions and principles
- Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (pursuing or completed)
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn are highly valued
