Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily administrative and recruitment activities. This internship offers practical exposure to HR functions and an opportunity to develop essential workplace skills.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees/interns
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Help in preparing HR documents like offer letters and attendance reports
- Assist in employee engagement activities
- Respond to basic employee queries and provide support
- Work on HR projects and tasks assigned by the HR team
Required Skills & Qualifications- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of HR concepts
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
