Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. As an HR Intern, you will assist with recruitment processes, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee records, and support personnel management initiatives. You will also perform administrative tasks, track employee benefits, and contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a mission-driven organization.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
- Experience or knowledge in HR Management and HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- A passion for social impact and education-focused initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software is an advantage
