Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern at PaisaaLoan, based in Gurugram with the flexibility for partial remote work. The role includes assisting with HR functions such as drafting and enforcing HR policies, managing employee benefits, supporting personnel management tasks, and helping to streamline HR processes. The intern will also have the opportunity to contribute to HR strategy, gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, and support HR projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management practices
- Knowledge of developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits
- Familiarity with Personnel Management and maintaining effective employee relations
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to dynamic situations
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior internship or experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory
