Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern based in Hyderabad. The HR Intern will assist with HR activities such as developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefit programs, supporting personnel management, and assisting with HR-related administrative tasks. Additionally, the intern will be involved in process improvements, employee engagement initiatives, and supporting the broader HR team in daily operations.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.
- Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies.
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiastic about learning and contributing in a dynamic work environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
