Role Description
This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern, based on-site in Hyderabad. The intern will contribute to key HR functions, including assisting with HR policies, managing employee benefits, coordinating personnel management activities, and supporting HR management processes. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining employee records, handling administrative HR tasks, and supporting recruitment activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
- Knowledge of HR Policies and frameworks
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior internship experience in HR or a related field is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and other common software used in HR management
