Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist HR professionals with tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, supporting the administration of employee benefits, and helping with recruitment and personnel management. The role also includes supporting the day-to-day HR operations and contributing to the overall improvement of HR processes to enhance organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
• Experience or education in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with HR software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
