About the Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent & Hiring
Support the hiring journey by sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews while keeping everything organized and up to date.
2. Engagement & Culture
Bring energy to the workplace by planning fun activities, contributing ideas, and helping build a positive employee experience.
3. HR Operations
Assist in smooth onboarding, maintain employee records, and support day-to-day HR processes and communication.
4. Projects & Innovation
Work on live HR projects, share fresh ideas, and explore new ways to improve HR practices and employee engagement.
Who Can Apply
- Students currently pursuing MBA (HR) or Bachelor’s degree with HR specialization
- Strong interest in Human Resources and people management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
