Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Human Resources Intern, based in the Greater Kolkata Area. As an HR Intern, you will assist with daily human resource activities such as maintaining HR records, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing employee benefits. Additionally, you will help ensure compliance with company personnel management standards and provide general support to the HR team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and processes
- Strong understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office or HR-specific software tools
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
