Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for partial remote work. As a Human Resources Intern at NeuranX AI, you will assist in managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, supporting employee benefit programs, and handling personnel management activities. You will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR processes run efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and basic understanding of HR practices and methodologies
- Experience or knowledge in HR Management and developing HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits programs and basic Personnel Management skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid environment
- Pursuing or completed undergraduate/postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is beneficial
