Role Description
This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern at MyRCloud. The position is on-site, located in New Delhi. The intern will assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR-related projects and administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating with teams, executing research tasks, and contributing to a positive work environment. This internship offers practical exposure to human resources practices and the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Human Resource functions, including recruitment and employee onboarding processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other collaboration tools
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle confidential information responsibly
- Interest in human resources, recruitment, and workplace management
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
