Role Description
This full-time Human Resources Intern role is a hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work from home. As an HR Intern, you will assist in daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining HR policies. You will support the HR team in personnel management and help in ensuring compliance with company policies as well as enhancing employee satisfaction within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) processes and practices
- Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management tools is an advantage
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
