Role Description
This full-time Human Resources Intern role is a hybrid position located in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The intern will assist in HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding, managing HR policies, supporting HR management initiatives, coordinating employee benefits, and facilitating personnel management activities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) processes and principles
- Understanding of HR Management practices and implementation of HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or current enrollment in such a program) is preferred
