HR Intern📍 Location: Chandani Chowk, Bavdhan, Pune
🕒 Duration: 6 Months / 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:• Source and screen candidates through job portals and other channels
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments
• Coordinate with hiring partners and schedule interviews
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates and manage the hiring pipeline
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Assist with admission counseling and candidate guidance
• Perform daily outreach through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Eligibility:
• Graduate / Undergraduate students can apply
• Laptop mandatory
Stipend:
• On-site / Hybrid Candidates: Fixed stipend of ₹2,000 – ₹3,500 per month
• Remote Candidates: Performance-based stipend Only
