Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The selected candidate will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, support with employee benefit management, and contribute to personnel management tasks. Additional responsibilities include learning about HR processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating training sessions, and supporting day-to-day HR operations to enhance the overall employee experience.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Familiarity with HR Management and oversight of employee relations
- Understanding of HR Policies and their implementation
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
- Experience or interest in Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Currently pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
