Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Intern for a hybrid internship role based in Coimbatore, with flexibility for remote work. Key responsibilities include assisting in HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The intern will also support the implementation of HR policies, coordinate employee benefits programs, and contribute to employee engagement and development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes and principles, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies, particularly in designing and implementing policies.
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus but not necessary.
