Role Description
This is an internship opportunity for a Human Resources Intern, offering a hybrid work arrangement based in Indore, where some remote work is permissible. The intern will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, drafting and implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and managing personnel records. Additionally, the role involves collaborating on HR projects, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management
- Understanding of HR Policies and procedures, along with compliance practices
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management practices
- Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, effectively contributing remotely and onsite as needed
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with or interest in working with small business or entrepreneurial communities is an advantage
