Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern at MJ Marketing Consultancy. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with drafting HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. The intern will also help facilitate team communications, maintain attendance records, and provide general HR administrative support to the organization.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Skills in Personnel Management and team coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
