Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern, based in Gurugram. The HR Intern will assist in various human resources functions, including implementing HR policies, supporting employee benefits programs, and contributing to the development of HR management strategies. Responsibilities include assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining personnel records, managing employee queries, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The intern will gain hands-on experience in developing organizational strategies and ensuring best practices in HR.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Human Resources and HR Management principles
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
- Skills in Personnel Management and support for employee engagement activities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
