Role Description
This full-time Human Resources Intern role is a hybrid position based in Gurugram, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home options. The intern will assist in developing, implementing, and managing HR policies and processes. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating training sessions, and assisting in employee engagement initiatives. The intern will collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with organizational policies and provide administrative support as needed.
The stipend is 1000 INR for a month.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and familiarity with HR Management processes
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Experience or interest in Personnel Management and related administrative tasks
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools is an advantage but not required
