Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Bangalore Urban. The Human Resources Intern will assist in day-to-day HR functions, including drafting and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. The intern will also help in organizing orientation programs and addressing employee inquiries to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions and Employee Benefits
- Knowledge of HR Policies and HR Management practices
- Familiarity with Personnel Management processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR systems is a plus
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
