Job Title: Human Resource Intern
Location: Hyderabad
Position Type: Full-time
Expected Joining Time - Immediate to 15 days.
About the Role:
This position requires an enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a keen interest in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR functions and a strong passion for people management and organizational development.
The candidate should be able to support daily HR operations, assist in recruitment activities, coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes, and help maintain employee records. A good understanding of HR trends, employee engagement practices, and basic HR tools or systems will be an added advantage.
The HR Intern must demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization are essential.
The candidate should be comfortable assisting in HR activities such as recruitment support, scheduling interviews, employee engagement programs, documentation, compliance tracking, and other operational HR tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with team.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process from posting job on social media platforms to follow up with their documents.
- Participate in onboarding activities such as documentation, induction sessions, and orientation for new hires.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and spreadsheets.
- Support HR team in handling day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.
3. Employee Engagement
- Contribute to planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
4. Learning and Development
- Coordinate training sessions, track attendance, and gather feedback.
- Support the creation and maintenance of learning materials and training calendars.
5. HR Projects and Compliance
- Support the HR team in various projects like policy research.
- Assist in ensuring HR compliance by maintaining proper documentation and records.
6. Reporting and Analytics
- Prepare basic HR reports such as recruitment trackers, team connects MoM.
- Assist in data entry and analysis for HR dashboards and metrics.
