Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in managing HR functions such as drafting and implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. Other key responsibilities include aiding in recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and contributing to the development of HR strategies to optimize workplace efficiency.
Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
- Basic understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software tools
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
