Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in the Pune District. The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing training programs, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Additional responsibilities include handling employee relations, maintaining personnel records, and supporting organizational growth by identifying and addressing workforce needs.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
- Proficiency in creating and implementing HR policies and compliance with labor laws
- Experience in employee training and professional development programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for fostering workplace relationships
- Ability to manage personnel data with high attention to confidentiality and accuracy
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven track record of 3+ years in an HR management or equivalent role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in real estate or service industry (preferred, but not required)
