As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support Recruitment, HR Operations, and Learning & Development initiatives.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive HR Intern who will gain hands-on exposure across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development (L&D), and internal coordination processes. This role will work closely with the HR and leadership team to ensure smooth HR functioning and documentation management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
· Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
· Coordinate technical interview schedules for in-house and FMS openings between hiring managers.
· Track and follow up on interview feedback
· Maintain and regularly update the Recruitment Tracker
· Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment MIS
2. HR Operations & Documentations
· Assist in employee documentation process
· Maintain employee records, HR databases, and compliance related documentation
· Ensure all HR trackers / HR Common folders are updated and accurate
3. Learning & Development (L&D) Support
· Assist the L&D Manager in preparing training-related documents
· Maintain records of training scheduled and conducted
· Prepare FAQs related to training programs
Required Qualifications & Experience:
· Engineering Graduate (Mandatory)
· MBA in HR or Post-Graduation in HR (Preferred / Added Advantage)
· Mumbai-based candidate
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
· High attention to detail and documentation skills
