Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Intern for a remote position. In this role, you will support the talent acquisition process, which includes full life-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and conducting interviews. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Qualifications
- Experience or interest in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
- Familiarity with Employer Branding strategies and initiatives
- Strong skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates
- Ability to support recruitment efforts and identify top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work in a remote team environment
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Keen interest or prior experience in the legal industry is a plus
